Who are you?

You have a good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and you are curious about current market trends. You know how to approach and attract the right target groups.


You can work independently or in a team and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.


Besides, you have:  

  • At least a completed HBO degree. 

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting for an agency or in an in-house recruiter role.

  • Knowledge of the Dutch labour market.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • Experience using recruitment tools or ATS. 

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office 365. 

What will you do?  

As Talent Acquisition Specialist at ChainCargo, you will be responsible for ensuring that ChainCargo attracts and selects high-performing, high-potential employees to join the team and help achieving our business goals.

You will work together with the HR team to carry out ChainCargo's recruitment process and hire the best talents for our job openings.

In order to do so, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including: posting, sourcing, pre-screening, assessing, and interviewing.

Main tasks:

  • Working on job descriptions and preparing job vacancies.

  • Posting vacancies and processing applications.

  • Screening candidate applications.

  • Updating the vacancy owners and Head of HR on the status of the vacancies, the applications, etc., and maintaining data reports on the vacancies.

  • Coordinating and carrying out interviews.

  • Recruiting talents actively for our job openings.

  • Building a strong talent pipeline of suitable candidates.

  • Communicating with the candidates and providing them with feedback and information.

  • Following up on the changes in the labor market and advising on the best recruitment practices for the current scenario.
