HOW IT ALL STARTED

Founders Giovanni Gubbels and Jeroen Kemp started ChainCargo in September 2018 with the idea of making the transport market more sustainable and more digital.

Thanks to years of experience in the sector, they knew the logistics processes like no other and saw many opportunities. Sustainable working through digitization was, and still is, the driving force. Their main goal was to use available transport capacity and provide visibility. This digital focus ensures smooth collaboration and communication between shippers and carriers.

Shortly after that, Coen van Boxtel joined as a partner, and then the first colleagues followed. They now work with a team of over thirty professionals on state-of-the-art solutions to make better use of the current capacity and create transparency within the logistics.
