Video call: the goal of this introduction interview is to get to know each other better and to explore if there is a possible match.

Personal interview: you learn more about the role at hand and we look at whether your skills and experience meet the job requirements.

Final interview: you meet the founders of the company and we discuss the terms of employment in the contract.
