CHAIN CARGO APP SETTINGS
SET UP PERMISSION SETTINGS WEN
USING THE APP FOR THE FIRST TIME
Step by step
1 - In order for you to receive notifications about new and current orders, you will be asked to enable notifications on the app. Click "Allow" .
2 - Once notifications are enabled, you will need to a activate online settings. Slide "Share the GPS location" to green.
3 - Click "Allow" on the pop-up box.
4 - This will prompt another popup box on which you must choose "Allow While Using App".
5 - "Precise" should be ON ! In case it's off, you can turn it on by clicking on it.
> Or go to Settings on your phone's home page
> Scroll down until you find the ChainCargo app
> Go to Location
> Check if "Precise Location" is on.

6 - Now that "Share the GPS location" has been turned on, you also need to turn on " Share the activity ".
7 - Click "Allow" on the pop-up box.
8 - Final step is to allow ChainCargo app to access your 'Motion & Fitness' Activity. Click 'Ok'.
That was it! Go back to the ChainCargo app, it's ready to use! You can go online by clicking the red button.
You are now online and almost ready to receive orders. The last thing you have to do is register your vehicle(s).
ONLINE / OFFLINE
IMPORTANT: In order for the app to function properly, we ask you to enable notifications and location permissions. We respect your privacy and private life, that's why you are only visible in our system when you are online. As soon as you go offline and/or close the app we can't trace your location, and you are no longer visible in our system.
You no longer want to receive orders and no longer want to be traceable?
Then you can simply turn the app off by clicking on the button. The red button means that you are offline and not visible in our system anymore!
WHAT IF 'ACTIVITY PERMISSIONS' ARE RESTRICTED?
In order to solve it, you need to do the following:
> Go to your phone settings
> Click on "Privacy"
> Click on " Motion & Fitness."
If the fitness tracking is off, slide it to green.
Fitness tracking should be on (green) and ChainCargo app should be turned on (green). You can start receiving orders again!
CMR UPLOADING PROCESS
Once you have delivered the cargo to the receiver, and marked the order as delivered in the ChainCargo app, you will be asked to submit the proof of delivery documents (POD).
A proof of delivery can be submitted by:
Uploading a readable picture(s) of the document.
Uploading the proof of delivery (POD) file.
Note: The preference in here would be that the file is a pdf.
Once you have worked through an order, and marked it as delivered, you should see the next screens:
In this screen you can upload your CMR:
you can attach the CMR as a file
select the CMR as a picture from your gallery
you can take a picture of the CMR with an app
Then you upload the CMR and proceed.

Once a picture or a file is added to the order, you will need to verify that the file is readable.
Press on the “Check” button.
If the document can be read properly press 'CONFIRM'.
How to remove a file added to the order?
If you think that CMR files are not readable, click on the 'red cross' and you will be able to remove the documents.
Press on “Yes” and the file will be excluded from the upload.
Finish your upload by pressing 'SUBMIT'.
Uploaded CMR documents must be approved by the ChainCargo Operations team.
If the CMR file was not properly readable, you will see the message 'CMR Rejected'.
Upload a new CMR file or an image of it and make sure that all data is CLEARLY readable.
