We are looking for a motivated German speaking Account Manager with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to join our team full time! We are looking for a candidate living on the Dutch-German border, near Dusseldorf, who is willing to work mostly remotely and commute sporadically to Eindhoven and Dusseldorf.

Who are you?  

You are a dynamic and motivated person with a passion for sales and ambition for professional development. Your commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with your customers and provide them with excellent customer service.  

  • At least a completed MBO education in a commercial direction.  

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a commercial function.    

  • Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus.  

  • Confident knowledge and professional level of the German language.   

  • Confident knowledge and professional level of the English language.   

  • Other European languages are a plus.   

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office.  

  • Experience and knowledge in cold calling and account-based sales is a plus.  


Your role in ChainCargo  

As the new Account Manager (German Speaking) at ChainCargo, you are responsible for the maintenance and development of our customer network.  

Your goal is to increase sales within a large customer base and work on acquiring new businesses. Together with our talented sales team, you develop new initiatives to increase your customer network and track incoming leads.  


Relationship Management: Manage your clients' portfolio, act as a partner for your clients and help them solve problems, keep track of their accounts and conduct business reviews.  

New relationships: expanding your customer network, reaching new customers, tracking incoming leads, and also coming up with ideas to expand the network.  

General: goal management and tracking, proactive reporting, supply chain mapping.
